You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 4ph. This is a strict PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Underage gambling is prohibited and accounts found to be held by minors will be permanently closed.
Each player may hold only one 4ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
All 4ph bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.

Each player may register only one (1) account on the 4ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 4ph support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 4ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements, 4ph is required to verify the identity of all players. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, or PhilHealth ID) and a recent selfie. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and certain account features.
4ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
All transactions on the 4ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 4ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and does not support cryptocurrency transactions of any kind.
4ph reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on any account, either as a general platform policy or as a responsible gaming measure applied to a specific account. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.
4ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 4ph account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
4ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
4ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.
All games available on the 4ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The specific rules governing each game are available within the game interface itself.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 4ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable malfunction shall not be paid out. The decision of 4ph in such matters is final.
If a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. 4ph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

All content on the 4ph platform, including but not limited to the 4ph name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 4ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 4ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 4ph platform without the prior written consent of 4ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 4ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
4ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 4ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 4ph will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
4ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.
4ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 4ph platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 4ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 4ph support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 4ph platform, you agree to first contact 4ph support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally or through regulatory channels.
